ABSTRACT
Guidelines:
a) Interested participants are invited to submit abstract within the conference track outlined above.
b) Abstract of no more than 500 words should be submitted by 15th April 2011 (extended to 20 July 2011 ).
c) Abstracts in softcopy format should be in Microsoft Word 2003 only.
d) Abstract will be reviewed by appointed reviewers.
e) The abstract should clearly state the objectives, methodology, and findings of the research.
f) Final acceptance will be based on the full-size A4 paper
g) Abstract should be written in English.
h) Please submit only one abstract. Multiple submissions by the same author will not be entertained.
IMPORTANT: EARLY SUBMISSION IS ENCOURAGED

MANUSCRIPT
Guidelines:
a) Author’s Title and Name, University/Organization, Paper Title and E-mail address to be stated clearly on the cover page of the paper.
b) Articles must be written in English and the length is not more than 10,000 words including footnotes. Please adhere strictly to this requirement.
c) Manuscript in softcopy format should be in Microsoft Word 2003.
d) The font size is 12, Times New Roman
e) Single spacing of text throughout
f) Papers will be published in the conference proceeding only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presented.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be made for cancellation of participation. Participant unable to attend the International Conference after having paid the registration fees can substitute an alternate participant on or before 15th November 2011.
TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION
Participants are advised to arrange for their own transportation and accommodation.
