The centre will be organizing series of short courses on land dealings and conveyance of real property. This one day course per series will expose participants to the law and practice of the conveyance of real property in Malaysia.

The course will be handled by experienced lecturers that are not only well conversant in the theoretical aspect of law of real property yet also has vast experience in the practical side of it.

Participants will not only be exposed to the principles of real property law, they will get a hands-on training on the preparations of all the forms and documentations.

Fees for one course is RM350. It is the most competitive fees for a course that would launch the participant to a career in legal firm or to D. I. Y their own real property conveyance.
