The 1st recommendation is Prof. Dr. Nico Schrijver, University of Leiden, Netherlands, preparing the proposal paper and other documents including expenditure and planning for his work schedule in Malaysia. Accepted by UiTM Senate and will commence work in 2006, May.
2nd recommendation: Prof. Vivian Forbes, Curtin University, Australia, the proposal of the name was made in 2006 waiting for further instruction from the Dean.

b. Previous Research Completed under the Centre

i. International Policy & International Conventions Under The Leadership Of The First Prime Minister Of Malaysia From 1956 – 1970. This is part of 4 other projects on a similar topic in relations to all prime Minister Of Malaysia. [All proposals will be submitted to Faculty of Law – Research grant in Mac, 2006.]
ii. A Critical Study On The Implementation Of The Correct Measurement Of Baseline To Malaysian Maritime Jurisdiction As Imposed By The Law Of The Sea Convention 1982 . [The pilot study will begin in April 2006 in collaboration with MIMA, Malaysian Navy (Hydrographic Center) and Prof. V. Forbes, Curtin University, Australia. Part of legal research team hired by Pakarunding Sdn. Bhd, UKM, on EIA: The legal Impact of Land Reclamation By Singapore Government in Straits of Johor 2003 - 2004. [ This is part of RM 21 million EIA research before the case was issued in ICJ]
iii. Part of Team researcher for Prof. Dr. Rahmat Mohamad On Comment made by Prof to the Claim Made By Singapore Government Over Pulau Batu Putih , 2003 Part of Research Legal Team: Proposal with Faculty Engineering, UiTM, On River Management: Awaiting decision from IRPA Grant, propose grant for Legal research is RM 400,000, the whole research grant is RM 4 million.
iv. A grant from Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia (YADIM) to MWCC/MPWIM – National Campaigns On Building a Family with Dignity (Kempen Negara Tentang Pembentukkan Keluarga Bermaruah ) In charge of preparing for the Proposal Paper and will be holding an International Seminar involving ASEAN women on this camping theme.
