The Centre will be organizing a series of short courses on civil action and execution. This one-day course series will expose participants to the law and practice of current civil matters arising in Malaysia. The course will be handled by experienced lecturers that are not only well conversant in the theoretical aspect of law but also have vast experiences in the practical side of it.

Participants will study principles of civil law in respect of tortious and contractual issues. The tortious issues are relating to motor vehicle accidents resulting from the negligence of road users and defamatory matters due to the advent of media reporting. The contractual issues cover the sale and purchase of land and tenancy matters as well as breaches that may arise thereafter. In addition, they will get hands-on training on the preparations of all the documents necessary to resolve the issues. The course is open to the public, yet suitable for those seeking employment in legal firms and legal clerical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the subject matter.

Fees for one course is RM350. It is the most competitive fees for a course that would launch the participants to a career in a legal firm.
