Civil Action and Execution
The Centre will be organizing a series of short courses on civil action and execution. This one-day course series will expose participants to the law and practice of current civil matters arising in Malaysia. The course will be handled by experienced lecturers that are not only well conversant in the theoretical aspect of law but also have vast experiences in the practical side of it.
Land Dealings & Conveyance of Real Properties
The centre will be organizing series of short courses on land dealings and conveyance of real property. This one day course per series will expose participants to the law and practice of the conveyance of real property in Malaysia.
Probate & Administration of Estates
The Centre will be organizing a series of short courses on probate and administration of estate. This one day course per series will expose participants to the law and procedure on the Administration of Estate in Malaysia. The course will be handled by experienced lecturers that are not only well conversant in the theoretical aspect of the Law of Probate and Administration of Estate yet also has vast experience in the practical side of it.
Corporate Structure in Malaysia
This course series will expose participants to the law and practice of corporate matters in Malaysia. The course will be conducted by experienced lecturers who are not only well conversant in the theoretical aspect of law but has vast experiences in the practical side of it.
