The workshop was organized by the Centre for Legal Education (CCLE) with the objectives of highlighting the roles and functions of the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC), with the central focus of lending exposure to both public and private sectors on the ways in which infringements of the Competition Act 2010 may occur.
