LW751 Master of Law (By Research)
This programme intends to train candidates to develop some conceptual and analytical capabilities in the field of law through a rigorous examination of an original study to be conducted under the supervision of a supervisor from the faculty. At the end of the programme, candidates are required to submit a thesis not exceeding 50,000 words an go through a viva voce successfully.

Entry Requirements
To enrol in a Master's Degree programme, candidates are generally required to satisfy three minimum entry requirements:
a) Applicant with a Bachelor of Law or Bachelor of Legal Studies degree from the Faculty of Law UiTM or a Law degree from any accredited institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.5;
OR
b) Applicant with any Bachelor degree with Law components from any accredited institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.5.
Applicant who does not meet the minimum CGPA requirement above but has atleast 5 years relevant working experience could be considered.
Applicant without a Bachelor Degree qualification stated above must undergo the appropriate pre-requisite bridging law courses determined by the faculty.

LW700 Master of Law (By Coursework)
The LL.M by coursework is a fully taught programme. In this programme, candidates are required to take eight (8) courses, comprising of Legal Research and Methodology (a compulsory course) and seven (7) other core electives, which can be chosen from the list.
TUITION FEES (TOTAL): Full Time: RM5,733.00 / Part Time: RM6,943.00
Entry Requirements
- A first degree in law with at least a CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent; or
- Other qualifications relevant to legal studies that are recognized by the Faculty.
Candidates who does not meet the minimum requirement as mentioned above but possess the relevant working experience also would be considered.

LW707 Master of Enforcement Law
The demand for interdisciplinary knowledge continues to grow on the job market, which requires some legal knowledge for the purpose of professional direction and specialization. The Faculty of Law also offers Masters programme to students who do not have a first law degree. In this programme, candidates are required to take eleven (11) courses, nine (9) a compulsory course and two (2) other core electives.

Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for the LL.M (Enforcement Law) are as follows:
- a) Applicant with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from any accredited institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate with a Cumulative Grade Point Average CGPA) of at least 2.75; OR
b) Applicant with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from any accredited Institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.5 and at least 2 years working experience.
- Applicant who does not meet the minimum CGPA requirement above but has atleast 5 years of relevant working experience.
